When a resume and an elevator pitch are not enough
I design digital and service experiences for companies. A good service design results in high customer satisfaction, which translates into referrals and high customer lifetime value.
A well-designed customer journey results in a highly satisfied sales team and high lead conversion rates.
I launched and developed a Voice of the Customer Program for a branchless bank. I wired customer insights into marketing, operational, and digital marketing initiatives to improve experiences for customers and Call Center agents alike.
I aligned Marketing and Sales for a private equity fund and trained a sales team on how to use HubSpot to be effective at closing leads and achieving fundraising goals.
I am a student of IDEO University and HubSpot Academy.

Political situation in Russia only tightened since the documentary's release in 2012, but the hope that Democracy would prevail lives on.
